All our steam sterilizers have a modular design and can therefore be individually equipped for all sterilization tasks. Varioklav autoclaves impress with their high-quality stainless steel workmanship, low-wear fittings, ultra-flat steam generators and extremely fast cooling processes. This means that even the basic version of the Varioklav® is ideally equipped for all routine sterilization tasks in laboratories of all sizes: Our four standard programs guarantee absolutely safe and reproducible sterilization processes thanks to optimized air removal during the heating phase and pulsating rinsing.

With our numerous module options, you can also optimally adapt your autoclaves to your individual processes in order to achieve the highest possible throughput.

High safety standards for safe and precise autoclaving

The operating safety of our steam sterilizers is our top priority: all our appliances meet DIN 58951-2 requirements and are certified in accordance with category I or II of the EU Pressure Equipment Directive.

To ensure maximum safety for operators of VARIOKLAV® autoclaves, our devices are designed so that the steam pressure acting on the lid and doors is evenly distributed over the entire sealing ring. In addition, a pressure sensor checks that the pressure is fully released before the lid of the autoclave can be opened. The sterilization chambers of our autoclaves are made of electropolished and titanium-reinforced 1.4571 stainless steel in accordance with EN 10028-7. Instead of high-maintenance solenoid valves, we use compressed air-controlled valves in all VARIOKLAV® steam sterilizers, which reliably ensure absolute pressure and vacuum tightness.

User-friendly steam sterilizers for easy handling

All VARIOKLAV autoclaves have a user-friendly design and a clear user interface. All sterilization phases are carried out automatically by our autoclaves. Even the water supply is completely automatic with VARIOKLAV autoclaves – either via a demineralized water source or a storage tank. The low working height of our floor-standing autoclaves makes it particularly easy to load and unload the sterilizer

Documentation and approval for clinic, laboratory and practice

All VARIOKLAV® BlueLine and GreenLine models can be upgraded with a GLP or IMS GMP batch printer and a USB interface for process documentation via SegoSoft®. Damit eignen sich unsere Dampfsterilisatoren für die rechtssichere und lückenlose Dokumentation von Sterilisationsprozessen in Laboratorien der Sicherheitsstufe 2 und garantieren eine 100% GLP- und GMP-konforme Datenaufzeichnung von digitalen Prozessdaten, wie Chargennummern, Prozessschritten, Kammertemperaturen, Kammerdruck und eventuellen Alarmmeldungen.
