The VARIOKLAV GreenLine combines state-of-the-art technology with proven and reliable sterilization technology. As the successor line to our ClassicLine, it includes numerous new, functional product details as well as all the technical advantages that have made our HP autoclaves so popular in practical laboratory applications throughout Germany for decades.

  • Our autoclaves are made from the highest quality materials and manufactured to the highest quality standards. Particularly low-wear fittings guarantee a long service life for all VARIOKLAV appliances.
  • VARIOKLAV laboratory sterilizers offer the largest usable volume on the smallest footprint in combination with a particularly low overall height. This makes VARIOKLAV autoclaves suitable for all laboratory sizes.
  • All our laboratory autoclaves have no connections on site (except for power), so that the appliances can be positioned flexibly and put into operation quickly.

Highest safety standards for efficient and professional autoclaving

Sterilization using a steam autoclave involves high pressure and high temperatures. This is why the safety of your laboratory staff is our top priority when developing our steam sterilizers.

  • All fittings in our GreenLine autoclaves are located inside the stainless steel cladding, which is also fitted with a cover plate made of heat-insulating plastic. This effectively minimizes the risk of burns from hot components.
  • GreenLine autoclaves have a robust central lock with six solid locking levers so that it is not possible to open the autoclaves while they are under pressure.
  • The lid of the GreenLine autoclave can be opened from the side so that there is no risk of scalding from rising steam when it is opened.
  • The GreenLine floor-standing autoclaves are heated from the outside. TÜV-approved overheating protection prevents the heater from being overloaded.

  • Like our BlueLine appliances, GreenLine autoclaves can also be extended with an exhaust air filtration system. This allows the exhaust air to be directed through a filter system, while any condensate is fed back into the sterilizer to be autoclaved together with the internal filter system. With this module option, our steam sterilizers are ideal for the safe and emission-free sterilization of contaminated, highly infectious or pathogenic materials and media.

Steam sterilizers with touchscreen for professional autoclaving with sterilization programs

A particularly popular feature of our GreenLine laboratory autoclaves is the robust, high-resolution touchscreen. It displays the settings of the current sterilization process and enables a timer setting for pre-programmable starts. During autoclaving, the touchscreen displays the sequence of the individual process steps and automatically switches to stand-by mode when not in use. The menu-guided user interface can be set to German, English, Spanish, French and Swedish.

The flexible control of our GreenLine autoclaves enables you to autoclave precisely and economically in no time at all: Sterilization programs can be configured, blocked or released with just a few clicks using the convenient touchscreen. The automatic process control of the GreenLine autoclaves saves valuable time, which your employees can use for more demanding laboratory work in future. For example, the entire deaeration process is temperature-monitored, while the target temperature control ensures a guaranteed good sterilization result. The VARIOKLAV® GreenLine autoclave is even ideally equipped for media temperature-controlled sterilization processes, such as the sterilization of liquids. The temperature evaluation works with three-wire technology for absolutely precise measurement results.

Exhaust air filtration

For safe and emission-free sterilization of contaminated, highly infectious or pathogenic materials and media, the exhaust air can be passed through a filter system. Any condensate is fed back into the sterilizer. The condensate and the filter system are also autoclaved.
